Hand wash or gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent is recommended. Do not use bleach. Drip dry or dry flat to minimize abrasion to the decoration.

If a customer claims they did not receive their order and files a chargeback, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by reaching out to the customer directly. If the customer does not respond, we will submit their lack of communication as evidence to the bank to dispute the chargeback. We will also provide evidence of delivery as additional evidence.
