My Journey

ReMade by Amy is a result of passion meeting necessity. With a "Home Economics" education background, I found myself once again teaching students how to sew after 25 years out of the sewing studio. What better way to teach than to model the model? I rediscovered my love for puzzling out new ways to reuse existing textiles, resulting in some fun and funky creations. Thus, ReMade by Amy was born.

I strive to be a sustainably responsible creator recycling, up-cycling and repurposing textiles to keep them in circulation and out of the overburdened landfill. I am committed to providing stylish, safe, and sustainable clothing that reflects my passion for both design and the environment.
