Cost

"Why are your items that look similar different prices?"

While I have a general price range for most categories, there are many factors that influence what a piece costs. The sourcing of materials, the quality of the materials, the preparation of the materials for use, the detail work involved, the time spent on a project all impact the final price.

Shipping Issues

"What if my package drops into the black void?'

Once an item has shipped and you receive your tracking information via email it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail and refund will not be issued.

Timing

"How long does it take to make my custom order?"

Each creation takes on its own life. Each project require various details and attention. You will be given a realistic projection and should be aware that ReMade by Amy, LLC is currently a small side business for a teacher (who probably needs to grade some papers!)​

Garment Care

"Great piece, but how do I wash it?"

Each item is sourced from existing textiles, which may have obvious wear spots characteristic of it's age. When laundering your item, please use care.

Hand wash or gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent is recommended.

Do not use bleach.

Drip dry or dry flat to minimize abrasion to the decoration.
